FeelFlow is a reset for the moments when life feels fast,  and a little numb.We’re part retreat, part adventure.We slow down, move our bodies, and explore powerful places in nature to awaken your confidence, your aliveness, and the most free, authentic version of yourself.
Our expeditions
are designed that way on purpose.We blend embodiment practices, self-growth workshops, and nature-led exploration in breathtaking places so you don’t just learn something… you feel it, live it, and remember it.

One journey might include ocean swims, jungle hikes, and waterfall days, shared together with care and comfort.

The Pillars Of The Feel Flow

  • BODY
    Yoga is where we begin.It’s a daily practice on and off the mat. On the mat, you’ll build strong foundations in yoga asana (the poses) and explore new ways to move your body. Through movement and breath, you’ll wake up both your strength and your softness and quiet the mental noise.Off the mat, you’ll carry that feeling into the places we explore, the conversations, and the laughter, meeting each moment with more presence.

  • VOICE
    Many women stop using their voice because they’ve been judged, interrupted, or not fully heard.
    So they hold back. They stay quiet. They swallow what they really want to say.That’s why we create safe spaces to express yourself through
    vocal activation: guided practices using breath, sound, music, and shared circles , so your voice can open and flow again.

  • SPARK
    We believe joy is medicine.And we believe your spark is the part of you that feels playful, alive, and free — and it shines brighter through
    connection: to yourself, to nature, and to other women.We awaken it through ocean swims, jungle hikes, creative play, dance, and women’s circles.

Who Is Vivi?
My path has always started with the body.
I grew up as a competitive swimmer. For years, I learned discipline, breath, and focus in the water. Later, dance became another way to express what I couldn’t always say out loud.

Then, I found my voice.I became a journalist, traveled the world, and had a front-row seat to humanity. I listened to stories, explored different cultures, and learned how powerful it is when someone feels seen and heard. That chapter shaped my devotion to using my voice in service of others.Like many women, I pushed hard. I stayed “on.” I kept going.

And somewhere along the way, I lost touch with my own voice and my intuition. My body started asking for my attention.That moment opened the door to one of the most meaningful adventures of my life: my journey into personal growth.

Yoga became my way back home.To feel. To remember myself again.Over time, it stopped being only about me and it became my purpose.I trained in transformational practices, including yoga, mindfulness, and meditation, and began sharing this work with others six years ago.

I started curating intimate experiences for women that blend personal growth, adventure, expression, and connection to awaken confidence, freedom, and purpose.

This is how FeelFlow was born.

It’s been a gift and an honor to host retreats and experiences that have supported dozens of women in reconnecting with their bodies and expressing themselves with more confidence.

My mission is to guide women back to their natural flow to feel more alive, grounded, and empowered because I believe that when a woman remembers who she is, it ripples into everything around her and plants a seed for a more vibrant, healthy world.
